ResumeDNA (“ResumeDNA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) welcomes you and invites you to access and use our website, including, without limitation, resumedna.com.au (the “Website”). When we refer to “ResumeDNA” and its Services, we mean ResumeDNA Pty Ltd and all related products and services offered under the ResumeDNA brand.

“You” refers to any visitor or user of the website, a purchaser of our Services, or both.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event will ResumeDNA, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, agents, employees, officers, or directors be liable for any damages of any kind under any legal theory, arising from or related to your use or inability to use our site, any sites linked to it, any content on our site or on such other websites, or any services or items obtained through our site or such other websites. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages such as personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, missed deadlines, and whether arising from tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable. This exclusion does not affect any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
- Payments
Full payment is required with all orders. Your credit or debit card will be charged upon acceptance of your order to confirm sufficient funds. All credit/debit cards are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer. If your card is declined, we are not liable for delays or non-delivery and are not required to notify you. Suspected billing errors will be fully refunded pending an investigation by ResumeDNA’s management team.
- Complaints
ResumeDNA endeavors to respond to all correspondence, including complaints, within two business days. All complaints must be submitted in writing, as telephone support staff are not authorized to handle these matters. If a complaint remains unresolved, we welcome arbitration from an independent third party, mutually agreed upon by both parties.
- Delivery Format
All documents are provided in PDF and Microsoft Word formats. ResumeDNA cannot be held responsible for compatibility issues with your personal computer setup. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with alternative formats if needed, but note that IT support is beyond our service scope, and clients may need to seek professional assistance for further technical support.
- Turnaround Times
ResumeDNA’s turnaround times are guidelines, not guarantees. Once your order is confirmed, a writer will be assigned within two business days, and the standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days from the date of your initial consultation call, not from the order date. Work will not commence until the consultation is completed to ensure clarity on project requirements. Consultations are typically scheduled for the following business day, though this may vary during peak periods. Clients are encouraged to engage ResumeDNA services at least ten business days before application deadlines to avoid any potential delays. No refunds will be issued for missed deadlines.
- Project Completion
Our writers will work with you until you are completely satisfied with your final drafts. When you’re ready, please mark the project as complete to help us manage workloads effectively. If no action is taken, projects will automatically close after 14 days of inactivity from the client. Projects inactive for over 30 days are considered complete if initial drafts have been provided. At ResumeDNA’s discretion, projects may be reopened based on writer availability.
- LinkedIn Profile Writing
Our LinkedIn Profile Writing service provides you with a document containing recommended content for each section of your profile, which can easily be copied and pasted. ResumeDNA does not log into client profiles directly for security reasons. LinkedIn profile documents are typically completed within three business days after your resume is finalized.
- Satisfaction Guarantee
ResumeDNA offers a 60-day guarantee: if you do not see an increase in job opportunities within this period, we will provide an additional consultation and resume rewrite free of charge. To qualify, you must maintain a record of all jobs applied to, as well as any adjustments made based on ResumeDNA’s guidance, and store these records in a dedicated folder. This process helps us track your progress and provide further support if needed.
- Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of resume writing, ResumeDNA does not offer refunds once a writer has been assigned to your project. If you wish to cancel your order before project assignment, a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee is possible. No refunds are available once drafting begins, unless ResumeDNA has breached its terms. Approved refunds for projects older than 60 days will be issued as credit vouchers redeemable on our website without expiration.
- Document Standards and Preferences
Our writers adhere to industry standards and use optimized keywords to improve your interview potential. If your personal preferences differ from our recommended format, these documents may not qualify for our satisfaction guarantee. For standard resumes, ResumeDNA recommends a three-page maximum. For longer resumes, often required in academic or medical fields, an additional fee applies.
- Consultations
ResumeDNA offers consultations as part of the service to clarify project scope and expectations. These sessions typically last no longer than 60 minutes. Additional sessions may be scheduled at the writer’s discretion based on availability. All client communication should remain within the ResumeDNA platform to ensure accurate recordkeeping and timestamps for the protection of both parties.
- Website Use
By using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and warrant that your usage will comply with all applicable laws. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and will update us with any changes promptly. ResumeDNA reserves the right to alter or remove site content without notice and is not liable for any inconvenience caused by such changes.
The website is provided “as-is” with no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free functionality, and ResumeDNA disclaims all implied warranties. We are not responsible for the content of external links or any information provided by third-party websites.
- Intellectual Property
All content on the ResumeDNA website, including text, graphics, and software, is owned by ResumeDNA or its licensors. You may access, view, copy, and print pages solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to evaluating our services. Any other use of website materials is prohibited without express permission from ResumeDNA.
Registration. You may be given the opportunity to register via an online registration form to book in a Quantum Growth Blueprint Session with us. We will use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering you represent and warrant that all information that you provide is current, complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all connectivity, computer software, hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of the Website and all charges related to the same.
